There is a new Blue Plate Special Pulled Pork Sandwich at Flo’s V8 Cafe in Cars Land, Disney California Adventure Park. The dish costs $12.99 and both Annual Passholder discount and mobile ordering are available.
This new blue plate special sandwich has hand-pulled pork tossed in a chipotle BBQ sauce, with creamy coleslaw on a sesame seed bun, served with steak fries. I got really excited when I pulled up my mobile ordering menu and saw this new item, but it didn’t quite live up to the picture in the app (swipe all the way right to see that picture). Also, my bun was a bit wilted/soggy. There was a definite bite (in terms of spice) to this sandwich. I liked it but didn’t love it (would give it a 3/5). Will you give this one a try?
