Just show them this coupon when paying for parking at the Hotel Desk inside. Please note that the lot fills quickly and you cannot park before 7:00 a.m. here.
Other Area Hotels
Many other hotels in the area near the Disneyland Resort offer parking at various prices. To find out if the hotel you’re interested in parking at offers parking, Google them and give them a call. If you have a parking location that you prefer please leave it in the comment section for other readers to view!
Where Do You Park?
We are often asked “Where did you park?” So here is the answer – we park at Anaheim Hotel or Anaheim Garden Walk depending on availability. The updated opening time at Mickey & Friends will no doubt help improve the parking at the property structure, but each time we’ve tested the line to get inside it is very long. Each person will have to decide what is important to them. For us – paying a la carte for each Disneyland visit is very expensive, so we want to get as much time inside the parks as we can. If you park off site and arrive at the Harbor entrance you’ll be able to queue up earlier. Weigh your priorities when deciding when and where to park. Mickey & Friends has improved their efficiency, but you still have a 10-15 walk via the tram path. Toy Story has the easiest entrance and also has a bus to the park, but you have to wait in lines for the bus ride (masks required inside the bus – and the bus lines have been long at night).
What Time Should I Arrive?
Again, this is entirely dependent on each person. We can’t tell you a specific time (“Get there at 6:47 a.m.”), BUT we can tell you that if you want to be inside the park early or on time for park opening then you’ll need to get to the Disneyland Resort early. Getting a full Disneyland day was important to me, so I sacrificed a little sleep and waited in line for approximately 100 minutes. That plan of attack, obviously, is not for everyone (particularly families with small children). On one visit I arrived at 8:30 a.m. to the Harbor side and was inside by 9:15 a.m. (so I missed out on a few minutes of Park time). We’ve had other guests tag us in their pictures and videos highlighting that by arriving an hour after park opening they had minimal lines from the parking structure (and off site) to get inside the Parks. So, weigh the pros and cons to help you make your decision. One important thing to remember is to bring your patience. This is one of the lengthiest aspects of a Disneyland visit.
