Disneyland Hours Extended This Summer

The updates keep coming fast at the Disneyland Resort. Yesterday, the state of California reaffirmed that restrictions given by the state will be largely coming to an end on June 15th. Today, while perusing the Disneyland app, I noticed that the hours of operation at Disneyland will extend for the second time since the park reopened on April 30th. Beginning July 1st guests will be able to enjoy Disneyland Park from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Currently, the hours of operation are 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. nightly. This change in hours comes one day prior to the reopening of the Disneyland Hotel.

Disney California Adventure Park will also see a one-hour extension of their operating hours as they open one hour earlier than they currently do. Park hopping time-frame rules remain unchanged – guests with park hopper tickets can begin hopping after 1:00 p.m. Are you looking forward to extended hours at the Happiest Place on Earth?

    1. It seems likely that they will, but Disneyland hasn’t made an official announcement about it.

Is the capacity going to change – right now it is 25% – will it change on June 15?

    1. Yes, after June 15th there won’t be any restrictions from the government for capacity limits. Right now the capacity limit is 35%.

        1. It isn’t likely that they will jump from 35% to 100% that quickly. It does, however, mean that they will no longer have any restrictions from the state of California about how many guests they can let inside the parks.

      1. But does Disneyland has officially declared something about going back to full capacity?
