The Disney Parks Blog revealed that outdoor dining in the Buena Vista Street extension of Downtown Disney will return on Friday, February 5th. The locations available for eating outdoor will be mostly the same as before the stay-at-home restrictions were issued by Governor Newsom in early December – Award Wieners, Smokejumpers Grill, and Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining. One location that was open before the restrictions does not appear to be coming back, at least for the time being – Fiddler, Fifer, & Practical Cafe.
Guests have already been able to buy pre-made food/drink items from carts in the Buena Vista Street extension of Downtown Disney such as Mickey ice cream bars, sodas, and packaged food. The Parks Blog announcement didn’t specifically mention popcorn or churros in the announcement, but it seems safe to assume that those food options will also be returning on February 5th as well.
