These shrimp and ginger dumplings come with a soy reduction and Sriracha-Mayonnaise. They are easily in my (Chad) top 3 Lunar New Year eats. If you don’t like shrimp or ginger then you should stay away. Honestly though, for me, that sriracha mayo was fantastic on top of these dumplings. I could’ve eaten 3 more of these – easy.
